- We act as the liaison with the facility contact and suppliers, streamlining the communication of meeting logistics and food and beverage requirements for scheduled meetings and special events.
- We administer your online registration. Onsite, we manage your registration and maintain your office areas to assure you and your staff have the supplies and business equipment necessary to operate effectively.
- We schedule and oversee any additional support staffing needs for registration and meeting services.
- For billing purposes, we can organize separate billing accounts for individual meeting charges and issue post-event invoices to presenters and divisions for their expense records. If requested, we can review the facility master account reconciliation for accuracy.
