As your Exhibit Manager, CES handles the information gathering and mapping out of your exhibit booth placements. We manage the pre-event communication with your exhibitors and the onsite exhibit management.

- We work with approved service contractors in ordering your exhibitor's equipment: modular exhibit booths, tables, chairs, literature racks, signage, banners, easels, poster boards, auxiliary lighting, audio visual and business equipment.
- We arrange the labor for installation and dismantle, freight transportation, shipping and secured storage.
- We coordinate the necessary registration counters, display units and furnishings for your main registration, offices and business centers.
- We arrange and manage security services to handle event safety issues and booth security. We train the security personnel to greet and direct the attendees as needed. We work closely with them to get them involved in the event by informing them of the trade show layout and giving them "event facts," so they can communicate effectively with the attendees and become an asset to the event.
- We serve as your onsite Exhibit Manager resolving problems and settling issues that arise on the exhibit floor.
